ARQET is a private relocation and real estate advisory platform for Panama.

ARKETING Studio LLC provides strategic research, analysis, coordination, marketing operations and project management services related to ARQET.

ARKETING Studio LLC does not provide legal, tax, banking, insurance or real estate brokerage services.

Regulated services, including real estate brokerage, legal, tax, banking and insurance services, are provided by independent licensed or qualified professionals where required.

By using this website, submitting a request, applying for an ARQET Diagnostic or engaging with ARQET services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of the Website

The information published on this website is provided for general informational and commercial purposes only.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, financial, banking, insurance, investment or real estate brokerage advice.

Any professional service requiring a license, authorization or regulated qualification will be provided by the relevant independent professional or licensed entity.

2. ARQET Services

ARQET may provide or coordinate services related to:

• relocation assessment;
• strategic research;

• real estate market research;
• property search coordination;
• relocation planning;
• business feasibility analysis;
• project coordination;
• Private Panama Discovery;
• access to selected independent professionals.

The specific scope of each service will be described in a separate proposal, engagement agreement, service agreement or written confirmation.

3. ARQET Diagnostic

The ARQET Diagnostic may be offered as a complimentary first assessment for selected profiles.

The Diagnostic is intended to understand the client's profile, objectives, timeline and possible fit with ARQET services.

The Diagnostic does not create a professional relationship with any lawyer, broker, tax advisor, bank, insurance provider or other regulated professional unless a separate agreement is entered into with that professional.

ARQET reserves the right to accept, decline or discontinue any Diagnostic request at its discretion.

4. No Guarantee

ARQET does not guarantee any specific result.

This includes, without limitation:

• residency approvals;
• visa approvals;
• bank account openings;
• company formation outcomes;
• tax results;
• property availability;
• property prices;
• investment returns;
• business feasibility outcomes;
• financing approvals;
• insurance approvals;
• timing of administrative or governmental processes.

Any outcome may depend on the client's profile, documentation, third-party professionals, market conditions, regulatory requirements, banks, authorities, sellers and other parties outside ARQET's control.

ARQET will use reasonable efforts to provide structured research, analysis and coordination within the agreed scope of service.

5. Independent Professionals and Regulated Services

ARQET may coordinate communication with independent professionals, including lawyers, licensed real estate brokers, tax advisors, banking contacts, insurance professionals and administrative providers.

These professionals are independent from ARQET and ARKETING Studio LLC, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each independent professional is responsible for the services they provide, their advice, their obligations, their fees and their professional conduct.

ARQET is not responsible for professional advice, decisions, actions, omissions, delays or outcomes attributable to independent third-party professionals.

6. Real Estate Brokerage

ARQET may present selected real estate opportunities in Panama for relocation, investment or strategic evaluation purposes.

Real estate brokerage services in Panama are provided by licensed Panamanian real estate professionals where required.

Any real estate transaction, brokerage activity, negotiation, commission, offer, acceptance, due diligence process or property-related regulated activity is handled by the licensed broker or brokerage entity involved in the transaction.

Optional disclosure: Real estate brokerage services in Panama are provided through Mr. Fabio Trevisiol, licensed Panamanian real estate broker, License No. PN-5980.

ARQET does not guarantee the availability, price, condition, profitability, legal status or suitability of any property presented on this website or through private communications.

Property information may change without notice and should always be verified before any decision is made.

7. Legal, Immigration, Tax, Banking and Insurance Matters

Legal, immigration, residency, company formation, tax, banking, insurance and administrative matters are handled by independent qualified professionals where required.

ARQET may coordinate communication, documentation flow and process management, but it does not provide legal, immigration, tax, banking, insurance or regulated financial advice directly.

Clients may be required to enter into separate agreements or engagement letters with the relevant professionals.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients and website users agree to:

• provide accurate, complete and updated information;
• respond in a timely manner to reasonable requests for information or documents;

9. Fees, Payments and Expenses

Any paid service will be subject to a specific proposal, service agreement, invoice or written confirmation.

Fees, payment terms, cancellation terms, refund conditions and included services will be defined before the service begins.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party costs are not included in ARQET fees.

Third-party costs may include, without limitation:

• legal fees;
• broker commissions;
• government fees;
• notary fees;
• translation costs;
• banking fees;
• tax advisory fees;
• insurance fees;
• transportation costs;
• property-related costs;
• administrative expenses.

ARQET may require payment before beginning work on a paid service.

10. Third-Party Payments and Commissions

In some cases, ARKETING Studio LLC may receive compensation from selected partners for marketing, consulting, referral or coordination activities, where permitted by applicable law and professional rules.

Any regulated real estate brokerage commission remains under the responsibility of the licensed Panamanian broker or brokerage entity involved in the transaction.

Where required, such commercial arrangements will be disclosed or documented separately.

11. Website Content and Property Information

ARQET makes reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and updated, but does not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free.

Users and clients agree that communications may take place by email, WhatsApp, video call, digital forms, electronic documents or other digital channels.

Where permitted by applicable law, agreements, confirmations, approvals and communications may be provided electronically.

Users are responsible for keeping their contact information updated and for maintaining the confidentiality of any private communication or access credentials provided to them.

15. Privacy

The use of personal data is governed by the ARQET Privacy Policy.
